Children's Entertainment Terms and Conditions

1. Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposit it paid through CROWDPLEASER and includes the website's fee.
Please note: Your booking is not guaranteed or confirmed until the deposit has been received by Zuzy.

2. Travel Fee
There may be a travel fee added to your price, depending on the distance from our location. You’ll know about it before the booking is confirmed! Changes in the location of the event may incur additional travel charges.
Travel within 25 km of our base is free of charge. For bookings beyond 25 km, a fee of $1.20 per km (return trip)applies.

3. Cancellation
Cancellations happen! Please consider the location of the event (especially if it’s outdoors) and let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Last-minute cancellations (less than 4 days before the event) require the full entertainment fee to be covered.
Should the payments not be made, we reserve the right to recover our costs via a third party.

4. Invoice
Please let us know if you need an invoice or receipt – it will be sent to you via email.

5. Parking
If no free parking is available on-site, parking fees will apply. Please inform us as early as possible so the fee can be added to your booking. Zuzy reserves the right to invoice you for the parking fee after the event if no free parking was available nearby.

6. Children Limit
Your booking is tailored to your party’s budget, number of activities, and number of children.
Important: If the number of children increases, you must inform us as soon as possible, as it may affect the booking duration or require additional services.

7. Shade / Indoor Area
Please ensure a covered or indoor area is reserved for the entertainment – costumes and heat don’t mix well!

8. Parent Supervision
Please ensure a responsible adult is on-site to supervise the children. Zuzy is not responsible for supervising the children at the event.

9. Sensitivity to Products
All products used are designed for professional use and are generally safe. However, skin reactions can occur.
If any child has sensitive skin, please avoid face painting or balloon services. Zuzy is not liable for any skin reactions.

10. Behaviour Policy
Entertainment may need to be paused or refused in rare cases due to disruptive behaviour.
Please be patient and understanding during wait times (especially for face painting). Any inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of service.

11. Entertainment Location
Activities like games or magic shows require attention. If there is loud music or other distractions, please arrange a separate space for entertainment.

12. Photos
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please inform us at the time of booking.

13. Party Format
Entertainment is structured to maximise engagement. Please inform us about key timing elements (like cake cutting or speeches) that may affect flow.
If you’d like to extend your booking or add services for an extra fee, just ask!

14. Payment Terms
All payment terms (including due date and method) must be discussed and agreed upon with Zuzy before the event.
