The Band Yakaty Yak are a well known Gold Coast show band and have performed hundreds of venues around Australia in the past few decades. Their new show, "Yacht Rock" is a catalogue of famous 70-80 songs consisting of songs like, "The Things we do for love", 10CC, "Summer Breeze" Seals & Crofts, "I am Woman" Helen Reddy, "Long Train Running" The Doobie Brothers. and a host of other famous songs.
The group is headed by Sharon Lee & Ray Leon, who are well known on the entertainment Circuit and working with past members of the famous Delltones and Paper Lace from England.

Yacht Rock is a new concept of party music , and found playing on the Yachts of the wealthy boat owners around the world. It is proving to be very popular among the 40- 65 year range of party goers and consist on the big hits of the 70-80s music. People are enticed to dress and in Yacht Rock party fashion which creates a total party atmosphere and the Band Yakaty Yak, performs this incredible range of music
