In the Eiris is a live wedding band performing at ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions. We play everything from timeless classics to modern pop and R&B hits to keep your guests dancing. Our standard package includes live music, sound equipment, and 3 song requests, with additional requests available for a fee. Based in Sydney, we're available for local and destination weddings. Pricing starts at $1500. Each member is a full-time professional musician active in the pop and R&B scene.

In the Eiris brings an energetic, professional, and heartfelt musical experience to your wedding day. From the ceremony to the last dance, we tailor our performances to reflect your unique style and create unforgettable moments. Expect a seamless blend of soulful vocals, tight grooves, and songs that move both hearts and feet. We arrive prepared, well-rehearsed, and dressed to suit your event. Communication is clear from the start—we’ll collaborate with you or your planner to ensure timing, song selections, and flow are all locked in ahead of the big day.

To perform at our best, we require:
- A flat, covered performance area (approx. 4x3m minimum for a 4-piece band)
- Access to a standard power outlet (240V)
- Adequate lighting for setup and performance
- At least 1 hour for soundcheck and setup before guests arrive
If your event is outdoors, we request weather protection for our instruments and equipment. We bring our own basic PA system and instruments unless your venue provides full backline. Additional requirements (e.g., stage, lighting) can be arranged with advance notice.
Our set list covers a broad range of genres, perfect for all parts of your day. We tailor each set to match the vibe and energy of your event:
Ceremony:
- Acoustic renditions of love songs

- Your custom selections (We include up to 3 custom song requests in every booking, with additional songs available for a small fee.)
Cocktail Hour/Dinner:
- Soul, R&B, soft pop

Reception/Dance Floor:
- High-energy pop, R&B, funk, and classic hits
- Sing-along anthems and floor-fillers from the '70s to now

Each wedding quote will be different, as we tailor every detail to make sure you're happy. The options listed above are simply a base outline. All expenses, including travel or additional requirements, will be factored into the final invoice. Once the invoice is paid, there are no additional or surprise costs—everything is taken care of.
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
- Powerless Setup (Battery-Powered Equipment): For venues with no power access (e.g., beach or remote outdoor locations)
- Recorded Track Requests: If you'd like us to professionally pre-record a custom version of a song for your ceremony or keepsake
- Extra Song Requests: Beyond the 3 included per package
- Late Finish / Overtime: If music is required beyond agreed end time
- Extended Travel & Accommodation: For destination or out-of-area weddings
In the Eiris is fully insured with Public Liability Insurance, as required by most venues in Australia. We can provide a Certificate of Currency upon request. All electrical equipment is tested and tagged for safety compliance.
If your event is in a public space or requires council permits for live performance or amplified sound, we can advise but clients are responsible for obtaining the necessary permits. We're happy to liaise with your venue or coordinator to ensure all legal and technical requirements are met.
