Set Up Requirements
To ensure a smooth, high-quality experience, Vanguard Events & Entertainment requires the following for all events:
1. Adequate Set Up Time
Sufficient access to the venue prior to the event for equipment load-in, setup, sound checks, and testing.
2 .Power Access
Reliable power sources located near the performance or setup area. Dedicated circuits may be required depending on production needs.
3. Designated Performance Space
A clear, level area appropriate for the type of entertainment and equipment booked, free from obstructions.
4.Venue Access & Parking
Easy access for loading and unloading equipment, with nearby parking for production vehicles when possible.
5.Weather Considerations (Outdoor Events)
Covered performance areas and protection for equipment in the event of rain, extreme heat, or wind.
6.On-Site Point of Contact

A designated representative available on event day to assist with access, timing, and coordination.

A complimentary wireless microphone is also provided for announcements, speeches, or impromptu performances.

Vanguard Events & Entertainment is fully insured and compliant for events across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. We hold comprehensive Public Liability Insurance, maintain all required permits, and meet venue, council, and event compliance standards.
Our team holds current Blue Cards where required and is an approved supplier at many venues across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast. We work closely with venues and event coordinators to ensure all requirements are met, timelines are aligned, and no details slip through the cracks.
Our online planning systems streamline communication, documentation, and run-sheet management, allowing us to collaborate efficiently with venues and suppliers while keeping clients fully informed and covered from planning through to pack-down.
