Dean's Birthday Party in West Wodonga, Oct 2025
Jonno and Trev were amazing. I was debating whether to have a DJ or band and I’m glad I chose the latter. They were very engaging with the crowd and couldn’t have had a better birthday celebration with these guys. I would highly recommend to anyone
Kate 's Wedding in Eurobin , Nov 2024
Wow! What can I say about these guys… total legends! Very professional but wildly fun and engaging. Played a great and varied selection of songs and absolutely nailed a cover of our chosen wedding song. I would definitely recommend Two Man Banned!!

Wedding Packages
Tailor-Made Wedding Entertainment Packages
Two Man Banned specialize in providing custom-made entertainment packages to help make your wedding day truly special and memorable. John and Trevor are professional musicians who believe in keeping music live, raw and real. John’s background is London’s prestigious West End, where he wowed audiences playing the lead role in the original production of Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story. Since 2010, Two Man Banned have performed at over 100 events a year – so you can be assured you’re dealing with experienced musicians who - after setting the perfect acoustic mood for your wedding ceremony - can switch gear and keep the reception dancefloor jumping all night long.
“All our music is played live – without backing tracks and loop stations. We’ve worked hard to create a unique full band sound – using a wide range of state-of-the-art sound equipment. Our comprehensive set-list can be customized to fit a wide range of client and venue requirements. Above all, we love interacting with an audience – and channelling all that positive energy into a great night’s entertainment.”
With an impressive repertoire of high-octane classics, Two Man Banned are guaranteed to rock your world.
Wedding Ceremony Music…
Imagine your guests and family arriving at the ceremony to be entertained by a selection of personally selected ballads arranged for acoustic guitar. As the bride appears, a special love-song of your own choosing can be played as she walks down the aisle – setting the mood and tone for the rest of the ceremony. Additional background music keeps the guests entertained during the signing and witnessing of the marriage certificates. After the ceremony, the music continues as the guests mingle and gather for photographs and champagne.
Reception Music…
At the reception, you can choose to make your first appearance as a married couple to the song of your choice. Later, during the reception meal, Two Man Banned can provide background music – featuring a wide selection of songs from their vast repertoire of crowd-pleasing classics. Our top-quality Bose P.A system can be used for any formal announcements and speeches during and after the reception. Alternately, the happy couple may wish to provide their own playlist to listen to during this time.
The Bride and Groom’s First Dance…
Following the speeches, it is customary for the Bride and Groom to be invited to the dance floor, soon to be joined by their friends and family. This first dance is usually to a song that is very special to the couple – and Two Man Banned can learn and compose their own special arrangement of this song so it perfectly fits the mood and ambiance you wish to create – either quiet and intimate, loud and celebratory, or a close copy of the original version.
Stepping onto the dance floor to an individually composed version of your song adds an incredible sense of intimacy and spontaneity. Music is one of the most emotional ways to convey feelings and we would be happy to consult with you to help find the perfect song. When providing this service in the past, the uniqueness of the moment has often been described as one of the most powerful and memorable of the day. We’re here to help ensure your first dance as a married couple is a truly unforgettable experience.
Let the Dancing Begin…
Unlike most acoustic acts, Two Man Banned are able to shift gear at the reception and turn from acoustic duo to high-octane rock’n’roll band. We deliver a wide range of dance-floor classics to get your guests up dancing – and keep them dancing for the remainder of the evening.
With state–of-art lighting rig, smoke effects and a top-quality F1 Bose P.A system, Two Man Banned create a live sound that is indistinguishable from a five-piece rock band. With a well-crafted song selection that caters to all ages from 8 to 80, it’s not uncommon for guests to insist the band stay longer to keep the celebration going. By creating a full band sound with only two musicians, Two Man Banned offer exceptional value for money. The duo format allows us to remain ‘venue friendly’ – requiring less space and time to set-up and the ability to adjust and keep volume to appropriate levels.
Consultation service
The above wedding packages can be individually tailored to meet your requirements and budgets. Our complimentary consultation service means we can answer any questions or concerns you might have so you can be confident we will be providing the ultimate entertainment package to accompany your wedding – making it a day that everyone will be talking about for years to come.
“Two Man Banned are awesome! Our wedding was an absolute blast, the music was incredible. All the guests went on about how great the band was. Everyone couldn’t stop dancing all night. Thank you Two Man Banned!” Lauren and Chaim Swan
“We hired Two Man Banned to play at our wedding. Their talented playing, professional behaviour and song selection made our wedding ceremony and reception one we will never forget… and neither will our guests! Having quite a wide variety of guests, Two Man Banned catered for every person in the room. We have received so many comments from friends and family saying our wedding was the best one they ever been to and without the talent of the boys the night would never have been such a success. We requested certain songs to be played on the day, some of which the band had to learn – this was never a problem and they were a pleasure to work with throughout the whole planning process. We would recommend Two Man Banned to anyone wanting a fantastic band to ensure you rock the night away. Thank you very much boys.” Mark and Dani Fletcher
“You made our wedding, guys! Everyone still raving about the music. Thank you so much!" Karl and Casey Burder.
