I am a professional wheelchair athlete competing in handcycling with the goal of representing Australia at the LA 2028 Paralympic Games. I work as a keynote speaker, sharing my journey from being a paramedic to sustaining a catastrophic spinal cord injury in 2023, nearly losing my life, and having to completely rebuild my life from the ground up. I speak openly about resilience, mental health, overcoming adversity, adapting to life-changing circumstances, and finding a new sense of purpose. I share what it took to go from fighting for my life to pursuing a career as an elite para-athlete with ambitions of winning gold at the Brisbane 2032 Paralympics.
