I'm a former professional rugby player, speaker and storyteller who believes our greatest growth often begins when our biggest identity ends. Leaving professional sport forced me to rebuild my life from the ground up, giving me firsthand experience of the challenges that come with change, purpose and starting again. Today, I use those lessons to help athletes, teams, schools and organisations navigate transition with confidence, resilience and perspective, so others don't have to learn every lesson the hard way.
