⚡ Power
• Minimum of 2 separate 10A sockets (not on a power board), same phase, able to handle up to 3KW.
• For outdoor events without power, a generator must be supplied (hire available at extra cost).
• All equipment is tested and tagged to meet Australian Electrical Standards.

🎤 Performance Area
• Minimum space: 3m (W) x 4m (L) for a 4-piece band (more is appreciated).
• Solid, dry flooring is essential to protect gear.
• Shading or cover must be provided for outdoor events (can be hired at extra cost if not available).

🚗 Parking & Access
• Close vehicle access to stage/load-in area required.
• Parking needed for each band member (sharing possible, but assume one spot per member).

🎭 Backstage Area
• A secure room or private space for the band is required to store valuables, change, and rest.
• Room should include a table and chairs for all members.

🍽️ Food & Refreshments
• If guests are catered for, meals should also be provided for band members unless otherwise agreed.

⏱️ Load-In & Breaks
• Full setup & soundcheck requires approx. 90 mins (or 45 mins if PA/lighting is provided).
• A 30-minute break between sets is needed.

🧯 Safety
• Clients must ensure guests do not touch instruments or equipment.
• Client is liable for damage caused by guests.
• If a microphone is provided for client use, any damage during that time is the client’s responsibility.

• Please check your venue’s sound limits, licenses, and curfews before booking.
• If restrictions prevent performance, the standard cancellation policy applies.
