The Hoop Babes are a pumped-up female circus duo from Wollongong, bringing energy and joy to festivals and events through roving entertainment, circus and comedy acts, workshops and even hosting.
Winners of the Newcomer Award Edinburgh Fringe 2025, and the Young Small Business Award 2024, The Hoop Babes have been performing as a duo for over 4 years. Their skills include hula hooping, adagio, juggling, balancing, contortion, comedy and more!

Whether that's with LED light up hula hoops, fire, acrobatic roving, kids party package, or our circus comedy show, get ready to have a real groovy time! We'll help break the ice at your work's team building day, create community vibes at your uni open day, put on a show for your mini-fluffy-french-bulldog's birthday bash... or any other event you could imagine that might want a little more fabulousness/leopard print/tutus/sequins etc! The TEAMS package: Hula hoop team building workshop plus 10 minute interactive performance.
The HENS package: Hula hoop masterclass plus interactive LED light hoop show.
All package prices will depend on how many hours you would like us!
The Hoop Babes are fully insured and can provide PLI certificate upon request.
