Through her travels and undertaking studies from the greatest scientific minds to spiritual masters, she returned to Australia and followed this voice to the Gold Coast, where she has built her business, The Health Coach Approach, which provides wellness education, experiences, consultancy and coaching to help others find calmness in mind, freedom in body and happiness in heart.
