We’re The Freaks – a bunch of Sydney teens who just love playing loud, fast, and full of energy. Our set’s packed with the songs we grew up on (and maybe stole from our parents’ playlists) – Green Day, Blink-182, Nirvana, INXS – all the stuff that makes you want to jump around and sing at the top of your lungs. We’re all about having fun on stage and making sure the crowd’s having an even better time.

🔥 What to Expect
When you book The Freaks, expect a no-compromise, high-energy rock show. We play hard, loud, and tight—bringing a set packed with classic rock anthems, hard-hitting grunge, and metal that gets the blood pumping.
We’re all about creating a killer vibe, whether it’s a packed pub, outdoor stage, or private event. You’ll get powerful live vocals, gritty guitar tones, driving bass, and drums that hit like a freight train. No fluff, no fakery—just real musicians doing what we love.
We provide:
Full live band (vocals, guitars, bass, drums)
Our own full gear setup
A set tailored to suit your crowd and vibe
Good communication and easy setup/pack-down

🎚 Set Up Requirements
To give you the best show possible, here’s what we need:
Space:
An area large enough to fit a band (drumkit, amps and pa system)
Power:
Access to power outlets
Sound:
We can provide our own PA for small to mid-size venues
For larger events, a house PA is preferred
We’re happy to work with in-house systems and tech riders
Lighting:
We can bring basic stage lighting if needed
Venue lighting is also fine—just let us know what’s available
Load-in:
Easy access to the stage/loading area
At least a few hours for setup and soundcheck
We’re flexible and easy to work with—just give us a heads-up if your setup is unique or outdoors so we can plan accordingly.
