With over 15 years of experience as a Team Leader and Senior Instructor with the WA Police Tactical Response Group, I've had the privilege of leading numerous high-risk operations. ranging from shootouts with armed robbers to arresting the Claremont Serial Killer. I've worked deep undercover and provided close personal protection for U.S. Presidents and members of the British Royal family.
More recently, I've taken the valuable lessons learned from these experiences and leveraged them to achieve a Guinness World Record for an extreme challenge!
I've encountered failures and success, and had the privilege of passing on the lessons to others, guiding them on how to effectively lead and win.

Todd was the Keynote speaker at the Golden You Leadership youth camp in April 2024. His talk was both engaging and exciting! Not only did Todd give a talk, but he also created a hands-on hostage scenario for the kids to participate in. I found Todd easy to work with. He was open to my ideas and easy to communicate with.
