I'm an author, a people connector and a motivational speaker who just won Australia's 40 under 40 Business Elite Award in Nov 2023.

I transformed from a shy immigrant girl to a TEDx speaker in a year. I grew my confidence and network by having 100 lunches with 100 strangers.

I love to share my story. I love to see how my story impact people's life, and encourage people to get out of their comfort zone, connect with others and unleash their full potential.

As an immigrant, a young mum of 2 and a successful businesswoman, I'm especially passionate in motivating young people, immigrants, and women to have a better life.

Luci's Convention or Trade Show in South Wharf, Mar 2023

I am unable to express my gratitude to Kaley Chu enough for her outstanding presentations at our IMMERSE Conference. We purposefully planned for your "100 Lunches" and "In conversation with..." one of our sector greats to come right before a launch break. All attendees valued and greatly appreciated your knowledge and expertise on the subject. We look forwards to working with you once more in the future.

Michele's School Function in Brighton, Oct 2022

Kaley proved to be an excellent speaker for our Year 8 student group. She was the spark for inspiration and thinking at the start of a special focus day. She adapted her usual approach of business and coaching to the aims and objectives for the day via her willingness to discuss these and to ensure her pitch was at the student interest level. This was most appreciated. The student were engaged throughout the presentation and staff were very positive about her message.

You can expect me to show up at least an hour before the event, well presented and high energy. I like to network and talk to my audience before and after the events. During the presentation, I would make it funny, interactive and relatable. I don't like telling people what to do, instead, I would share relevant stories that are related to the topic, either my learnings or sharing from my lunch guests, to inspire the audience to achieve more.

I'm pretty easy. Just give me a microphone and I'm ready to go.
Ideally, my speech would be right before lunch time so I can inspire the audience to have lunch with a stranger straight away :)

From short TED-style 15 minutes speeches, to 45 minutes full keynote speeches + Q&As, to 2 full days of workshop training, or anywhere in between.
I've done them all and love them all.
Just ask! :)
