Hi, I’m Sue Anderson-Stevens, author of Love and Loss of a Parent.
After losing both of my parents within 116 days, I discovered that while grief changes us, it doesn’t have to define us.
Drawing on my professional expertise, lived experience and journey as an ultra-marathon runner, I combine practical tools with heartfelt storytelling to help people honour their loss, build resilience and discover that healing, hope and transformation are possible.
My mission is to normalise conversations around grief so everyone knows one important thing… you are not alone.
