I walk alongside folk who have or are still experiencing the affects of trauma, toxic shame and mental health. I know first hand just how lonely and isolating living every sun rise and every sun set can be.
Living on a daily basis with all of these playing out for us takes strength, courage and resilience and it is not easy. We can either be in fight, flight, freeze or fawn responses so much of the time and or our minds and central nervous systems and general health and well being are just so flooded we can not rest.
I am a Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Warrior and I am on a mission to not only just survive all of the above I am here to THRIVE!
