Spooky is a Duo/Trio/ band combo who will give your event a great vibe. Depending on your event, we play as a Duo, Trio or full band. We play great covers of classic hits from the 60's to contemporary. Spooky will play in your favourite genre or a great mix of genres from our exciting repertoire of Pop, Blues, R & B, Soul, Motown, Rock & Roll, Reggae, Ballads, Jazz and Southern Country Rock. Our extensive song catalogue numbers over 300. We play what you want, from smooth background music to a great dance mix. We'll even learn your favourite song if it's not on our list. We can also MC your event, ensuring it runs really smoothly.

You will never regret having hired this group for your event I guarantee you. They were amazingly accommodating and absolutely perfect to deal with. Marilyn had the band learn several new songs for us for our wedding including Luke Combs and Morgan Wallin amongst other contemporary country music singers. They were the only band I could find in Australia that would do this. They weren’t demanding in any way. No accommodation, no expensive alcohol or meal requirements, just basic needs and always requested not demanded. Quality of performance was flawless and played way over the agreed time. Had everybody dancing and involved with incentives for dances etc awarded which was a complete surprise. They made our wedding perfect and I can’t speak highly enough. The venue’s management said they were the best they have had. They also have run the local hotel which is renowned for good live bands and would book them in a heart beat. They will be at the top of the venues recommended bands list for all bookings. Troy, the venue’s manager said they were also probably the easiest band to deal with. I’m not biased and have booked many bands over the years for my firm’s events. These guys are the best! Especially if you like country music but their song list is way more than just country. You could book them for most genres. They gave us the option of additional players that they thought would make the music better than their fixed members at extremely reasonable prices. Thank You to all of the band, Marilyn in particular, for making our wedding such a great night.

You can expect Spooky to arrive at least one to one and a half hours before the event is scheduled to commence. Spooky have full PA gear, with lighting available if requested. We will play for the required set times and take regular short breaks. We are flexible, so if your crowd is enjoying themselves, we can keep playing.

Parking close to stage entrance doors, with clear access for load in. Easy access to power source. If there is no stage, there must be a clearly designated performance space which is not in a doorway or near an access corridor for safety reasons. A change room for the band is desirable. If the event is outdoors, there must be a covered space for the band.
