To help us create the most magical experience possible, here are a few simple things we kindly ask for:
Chair or Two
Preferably high-backed and festive if possible. If not, we rent chairs when needed.
🌟 A quiet, shaded or sheltered area
Especially important for outdoor events — Santa suits are warm! A cool, covered spot helps keep the magic (and the Clauses) comfortable.
🎄 A small space for gifts or props
If you’d like us to hand out presents or treats, please have them clearly labelled and ready nearby.
🔊 Microphone access (for larger events)
If your event is big or noisy, a microphone or PA system helps Santa and Mrs Claus be heard clearly. We also have a rental PA system if required.
Changing Area
A change area for Santa & Mrs Claus to get ready.
We’re flexible and happy to adapt — just let us know your setup and we’ll work with you to make it wonderful!

Every event is unique — and so are our packages. At Santa & Friends, we believe in creating magical moments that suit your needs, not a one-size-fits-all option.
Whether you're planning a kindy visit, a bustling shopping centre appearance, a corporate party or something completely out of the box, we’ll work with you to tailor the perfect experience. Mrs Claus can even perform weddings as she is a licensed wedding celebrant. Santa loves weddings as is always happy to MC or walk you down the aisle!
You’ll always get both Santa and Mrs Claus together, bringing warmth, laughter and festive cheer to every appearance.
