Sally McGrath is an advocate for preventative health, empowering employers and employees, to make improvements and changes to workplace well-being.
An author and keynote speaker she has and has spent years training, developing and managing teams.
In 2014 Sally experienced life-changing burnout, preventing her from working for two years. It was the challenge to overcome acute illness that inspired Sally
to take her message and create awareness about the serious nature of burnout and the associated mental health implications that were not spoken about
