Rod was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! He performed for our small wedding reception at the Mercure HVG. He played a great range of songs, took requests, performed an encore as demanded by our guests and even learnt some songs on the spot (which were performed like he had played them for years). We have heard nothing but compliments from our guests on his voice and talents since our wedding night... and they still keep coming in a couple of days later! Rod was AMAZING! He somehow made the backyard party with 5 of our friends, feel like a music festival. We explained to Rod our idea of replicating the famous Lovedale long lunch as it was cancelled this year, and he did exactly that. He mixed up the songs, and was happy to take requests. I would ask him to play for any event I hold in Newcastle from now on. HIGHLY recommended.

Rod has played at hundreds of venues at weddings, engagement parties, birthday parties and as a solo headline act for live shows around Australia. If requested, Rod can further provide his music with as with a backing band of four band members including instruments such as two electric guitarists, an acoustic guitarist, 1 bass guitarist, 1 pianist and one drummer. This can be requested for bigger events such as receptions, party functions etc. Rod will provide all the professional sound and light equipment to enhance your listening experience.
