From the first strum of an acoustic guitar to the cry of a harmonica, folk rock has always been my home. I’m drawn to the honesty of storytelling — the blend of poetry and melody that speaks straight to the heart. Folk songs travel through life, lost love, time in the country, the surf and the feeling of coming home. I'm inspired by Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Cat Stevens, Van Morrison , and the homegrown songwriting of Paul Kelly.
Rob plays the best of acoustic folk, blues harp and Americana. Paying tribute to the great singer and songwriters of the 60s, 70s and 80s. He has played regularly at folk festivals, markets and local bars for the past thiry years.

A live show built on storytelling, rhythm, and connection. Expect the warmth of acoustic guitar, the cry of a harmonica, and songs that carry the spirit of coastal Australia — open roads, salt air, and real life set to melody. Each performance moves between foot-tapping folk rock and reflective ballads, blending humour, heart, and a touch of nostalgia. I aim to draw the crowd in — to make every listener feel part of the story. It’s not just about the songs; it’s about the shared moment they create.
