Resilient Project

Resilient Project, led by award-winning author, advocate, and Wellbeing Educator Deborah Sugirthakumar, empowers families and communities through lived experience, education, and compassion. Deborah is the author of Raising Resilient Families, a book that has been nominated for multiple book awards and was the proud winner of the “International Impact Book Award 2025”.

Through radio, writing, workshops, and real conversations, the project promotes resilience, emotional intelligence, mental health, and family wellbeing. With a focus on parenting, youth support, and breaking generational cycles, Deborah’s work inspires healing, safety, and hope for a better future.
