Jenn's Corporate Event in Coogee, May 2024

Lisa Jayne gave the opening talk at St John Ambulance’s National Training Group meeting in Coogee on 20 May. Her talk was motivational and inspirational and set the tone for two days of robust discussion and collaboration among members of the group who form part of a federated organisation. Lisa’s challenge to the group to practice “emotional” first aid and to implement strategies that ensure enhanced and meaningful communication were put into practice in group engagement and interaction of the two days. We are grateful to Lisa for sharing her expertise with us.

When you book Lisa Jayne, you’re not just booking a talk — you’re engaging in a live, experiential exploration of how relationships function in real environments, including workplaces, teams, and organisational cultures.

Lisa’s work focuses on relational architecture: the often-unseen structures that shape how people relate, respond under pressure, and work together day to day. Rather than relying on motivation or discussion alone, her sessions involve mapping and experiencing relational patterns in real time, allowing meaningful change to occur in the room.

✔ Experiential and hands-on – Participants don’t just talk about dynamics; they see and experience how relational patterns operate and how they shift.
✔ Immediately applicable – Insights translate directly into clearer communication, reduced reactivity, and more effective collaboration at work.
✔ Structural rather than symptomatic – Recurring issues such as tension, disengagement, power struggles, or misalignment are addressed at the level they’re created, rather than managed around.
✔ Grounded and efficient – The work does not require lengthy analysis or personal disclosure, making it suitable for professional and corporate settings.
✔ Sustainable impact – Groups leave with a shared relational reference point they can continue to operate from, supporting clarity, accountability, and cohesion over time.

Lisa’s sessions balance clarity, depth, and practicality. They are suitable for keynote-style presentations, corporate talks, or more interactive workshops, and are designed to support healthier working relationships, stronger execution, and more coherent cultures across organisations.

Relational Architecture: Designing the Future of How We Relate

In this keynote, Lisa Jayne introduces relational architecture—a new way of understanding how relationships, teams, and cultures are shaped by unseen structures rather than individual intent alone. She reveals how patterns of interaction, attention, and power quietly determine whether people collaborate, fragment, or stall under pressure.

Rather than focusing on motivation or emotional management, Lisa works experientially, inviting audiences to see and feel how relational patterns operate and how they shift. Change happens in the room, often without needing to talk it through.

This session offers a grounded, hopeful glimpse into a new way of relating—one that moves beyond separation, reactivity, and power struggles into clarity, shared responsibility, and genuine co-creation. Participants leave with a clear relational reference point they can operate from immediately, whether at work, in leadership, or in everyday human interaction.
