I really like to play and sing classic blues by Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Leadbelly and the like. I also have plenty of JJ Cale, The Doors, Johnny Cash and others from the 50's and 60's in the repertoire. The guitar sound is retro, the vocals are on point, and the vibe is often described as relaxing and chill.

A very vocal oriented performance, with a classic retro guitar sound from a finger picking style. My songs are suitably brief and to the point, and there are lots of them. I take minimal breaks, because I am there to play, not sit around. I usually play a 2 hour set straight through, but start to take breaks if the gig is longer. I can cater most Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Other week days are possible, with plenty of advance notice.

I own my own quality, tried and tested sound system, which can be made to suit a small room or a outdoor pub gig. As such, I require at least a few square metres of floor space and access to power. Outdoor stages need to be rain proof.
