We work hard to make everything sound and look incredible—here’s what we need to deliver the best possible experience at your event.
🎤 Performance Area
• Minimum space: 3m wide x 2m deep (duo/trio)
• Full band preferred space: 5m wide x 3m deep
• Ensure enough room for audience dancing and guest movement near the stage
🔌 Power Supply
• At least 2–3 power outlets (standard 240V), or a secure power source with surge protection
• Outdoor events may require additional extension access—let us know if you need help planning this
🏕️ Outdoor Events
• We must be covered from rain, sun or wind
• Shade or shelter must be organised for both performers and equipment (or we can quote you for a marquee/stage roof as part of your package)
• Uneven or sloped ground? Let us know—we’ve got staging options and workarounds
🔊 Sound Levels & Venue Rules
• We adjust volume to suit your venue (yes, even if it’s Grandma’s backyard or a licensed winery)
• If your venue has noise restrictions or curfews, just tell us—we’ll time everything perfectly
• For corporate events, we can keep things smooth and background-focused until it’s time to party
🎛️ Access & Setup Timing
• We require approx. 1 hour minimum for setup (more for full band or stage packages)
• Easy access to the performance area is appreciated (especially for stairs or long walk-ins)
• We will confirm bump-in/out times directly with you or your venue to avoid disruptions

• If you’ve booked a videographer, photographer or event planner—we’ll liaise with them directly

We take safety, professionalism, and peace of mind seriously—both for our clients and for every venue we perform at.
Here’s how we keep your event compliant, protected, and stress-free:
✅ Public Liability Insurance
We are covered for up to $20 million in public liability insurance, valid across all states and territories in Australia. Certificates of Currency are available on request and are routinely sent to venues who require them in advance.
✅ Equipment Safety
• All of our electrical and audio-visual equipment is regularly tested and tagged to meet national standards.
• We carry backups for critical gear to prevent disruptions.
• Our lighting and smoke machines are venue-friendly—if your venue has restrictions, we’ll adjust accordingly.
✅ Council, Venue & Outdoor Permits
If your event requires additional permits (e.g. outdoor council events, public space approvals), we’ll work with you or your organiser to ensure everything is in place.

• We can help advise on power needs, stage positioning, sound limitations, and setup timeframes
• We’re happy to liaise with venue managers, site supervisors, or safety officers as needed
