Diving into stories and real-life moments is my passion. Being a mom brings its challenges, right? The juggling act of "must-dos," family dynamics, and work demands can be overwhelming. With over 15 years of teaching teens, I've embraced the unique journey of nurturing diverse learners. The last 4 years ignited my dedication to girls' and women's education, driving me to explore rites of passage and create nurturing circles.

Striking a balance among everything can evolve into a more graceful and harmonious dance. A cherished gift of mine is to inspire, whether in the classroom, with friends, in circles, or with clients. Through battles with trauma, anxiety, and burnout, I delved into my darkest depths and emerged stronger, choosing to rise.

I'm here to share my story and the strategies that empowered my ascent. Moreover, I can facilitate circles where women unite, share, and find solace through breath and movement. Join me on this transformative journey where girls bond, building confidence, exploring creativity and expression, and nurturing resilience.
