As a proud Samoan Fa’afafine transwoman and host of a 2x award-winning queer multicultural TV cooking show, I bring charisma and cultural fire to every gig. I've played major festivals including BLEACH, Blak It Up, St Kilda Festival, Midsumma, Sydney Mardi Gras, Kaftana, and Sydney Opera House. I spin House, Disco, 80s/90s R&B, Pop, Gospel House. MC + DJ are separate fees, open to negotiate.

The best DJ I could have asked for - Miss Katalyna went above and beyond for my family and I. The music was on point, she knew exactly how to match the vibe of the night, and was able to cater to both the elders and the youngins. DJ Requirements & Equipment
PA System: The venue must provide a professional PA system.
DJ Equipment: I bring my own DJ controller (Reloop Mixon4) and a SHURE PGA58 vocal microphone.

Outputs:
2x XLR Main (balanced)
2x RCA Main (unbalanced)
2x 1/4″ Jack Booth (unbalanced)
1x 1/4″ Headphone, 1/8″ Headphone
Important Notes:
If the venue requires DJs to supply their own speakers, I can alternatively use my iPad for playback.
For venues with in-house DJ setups, I am fully capable of performing on Pioneer CDJs (900/1000/2000/3000) and can also connect my iPad directly into a spare mixer channel if required.
For Graduation, Small to medium parties, Weddings. Birthday, Anniversary and all other celebrations I do take all any Requests including on the day and during my set.
However I strictly do not take requests during any festival or clubs gigs unless it fits in with my set style.
I have my own Entertainment Insurance cover.
