While we are all used to posing for cameras, posing for an artist is an experience which most people have never had.
Being captured through the eyes of an artist involves a meaningful exchange of energy in which the subject feels truly seen and appreciated.
I offer live sketching services tailored for your event with options to customize the process according to your number of guests, event activities, and budget.
Ambiance Sketching captures key moments at your event as they unfold while Fashion Sketching provides the most unique party favor on offer for your guests to take home a full body, full color, painted sketch of themselves.

With unique entertainment and party favors combined, your guests will be buzzing with delight.
The sketches are completed using pencil and watercolour paint on cardstock or watercolour paper.
Customized paper with your event details and digital files of all the scanned sketches delivered to your email are both included with any booking.
You may prefer to have your guests pose for photos on my device which I sketch from rather than pose live so they are free to participate in the main event activities and then collect their sketch once complete.
If you'd like everyone at your event to be sketched, it works well to station my table at the entrance so I can take photos of your guests as they arrive.
I can work for a maximum of 5 consecutive hours on location and if required, complete any remaining sketches in my home studio which will be delivered to you following the event.

I require a table and chair with a few meters of empty space in front for guests to pose, and an adequate amount of light.
Fashion Sketching:
based on $150/hr
approx 9 people/ hour can be sketched on A5 paper or 5 people/ hour on A4 paper
For high numbers of guests or time constraints, choose only a selection of your VIP guests to pose or I can display a 'Booked Up' sign once the quota of guest sketches has been reached.
Ambiance Sketching:
Base Price $450
Includes 1 hour live sketching + 2 hours painting (3 hours total)
Depending on the time frame available, the sketches may be painted afterwards at my home studio to ensure that time on location is spent catching every detail.
