Each guest is sketched with care, capturing a flattering, simplified likeness noting the shape of their smile, their posture, and details in their outfit and accessories.
I offer A6 (small) or A5 (large) size sketches at per person rates or A6 size sketches at hourly rates
Option to include scanning with photos and sketches available for downloading.

With unique entertainment and meaningful party favors combined, your guests will be buzzing with delight.
The sketches are completed using pencil and watercolour paint on art paper, customized paper with your event details.
I offer either Per Person Rates or Hourly Rates, whichever suits your event needs.
These are the categories of entertainment or other services offered by Live Sketching by Jennie Rutz.
I require a table (at least 1m in length) and chair at regular height in an undercover area.
Beside my work area, I place a sign with instructions and tray to display the completed sketches.
PER PERSON or HOURLY RATES
Per Person Rates work best when you want to guarantee everyone a sketch! I will ensure to take everyone's photograph at the event, any sketches not complete onsite will be completed afterwards and delivered to the host or to the guests.
Up to 12 people sketched per hour- Small Outfit Colour Sketches (fastest)- $20pp
Up to 9 people sketched per hour- Small FULL Colour Sketches- $25pp
Up to 6 people sketched per hour- Large Outfit Colour Sketches- $35pp
Up to 4 people sketched per hour- Large Full Colour Sketches (slowest)-$45pp
Bulk rates above 30/60/90/120 guests
Hourly Rate $250/hour, 3 hour minimum
A6 outfit colour sketches, ink outline, 10-12 people per hour
or
A6 full colour sketches, ink outline, 7-9 people per hour
