Who am I?
Above all else, a proud husband, father of 3 and business owner.
I've worked from the ground up in 3 different arenas, and learned plenty of the tough lessons in the process.

Apprentice > Tradesman.
Glassy > General Manager.
Recruit > Platoon Sergeant.

I thoroughly enjoy engaging audiences; not at all for the adoration or personal vanity, but for every single person in the crowd. Building teams or broaching difficult topics is where I'm strongest- connecting through lived experience and stories of adversary and camaraderie.

Candid, honest, brazen and down the line. I have a knack for crowd engagement- not exactly something that has come easy to me, nonetheless a skill I've toiled over and over and over. I've spent hundreds of hours delivering leadership messages in front of crowds and am confidently able to speak on topics surrounding bringing your best self to work, how to manifest positive workplace culture, leading by example, developing work ethic, having the difficult conversations, raising morale and teamwork.


I can do A Capella, but it's better with a mic. I do prefer headset but can work with handheld provided I've got at least 3m of room to roam.
I prefer to speak in areas where I am also able to setup a video recording of me.
