What to Expect When You Book Connie Paglianiti

✅ Real stories, real impact – No sugar-coating, no clichés. Connie takes you inside the reality of gambling harm, reintegration and second chances — and turns it into practical leadership insight.

✅ Action before inspiration – Every session includes tools people can use the same day: the S.I.G.N.S. checklist, safer-language swaps, and a step-by-step plan to build trust back into teams.

✅ Engagement, not a lecture – Connie doesn’t “present at” audiences. She asks questions, builds connections, and creates a room where people think, feel, reflect, and respond.

✅ Empowerment with edge - She breaks down tough topics like stigma, risk and redemption in a way that’s human, hopeful and usable - without losing the punch.

✅ A movement, not a moment – People don’t just leave motivated. They are part of a bigger conversation about culture change, accountability and second chances.

A/V Requirements (flexible)

Mic: Lapel/lavalier preferred (handheld fine). For small groups under approximately 40 people, I can go mic-free if the room suits.

Screen/Projection: HDMI input to display slides (USB-C via adapter is fine). I can also adapt for a no-slides delivery.

Audio: Only required if slides include clips or subtle audio cues (I’ll confirm beforehand).

Clicker & Lectern: I bring my own clicker; lectern optional.

Workshops: Flip chart or whiteboard useful. Tables or pods preferred over theatre seating.

Virtual/Hybrid: Stable internet and screen share. I can self-manage Zoom/Teams if no host is available.

Pre-event check: I’ll do a brief tech call to align with what you already have on site.
