Born in England, holding citizenship in Canada, the USA, and Australia, and based in Australia since 2009, Kimberly brings a truly global perspective to her work. With more than a decade of hands-on experience supporting businesses across a wide range of industries, she understands that while systems and numbers matter, people, communication, and clarity matter just as much.

Kimberly is the Founder of Polished Business (established in 2014) and the creator of the Polished Business Platform, a growing hub of resources designed to support business owners, managers, and admin professionals through the everyday realities — and unexpected challenges — of running a business.

A Registered BAS Agent, Certified Bookkeeper, and holder of a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Kimberly sits at the intersection of compliance, strategy, and human behaviour. This unique combination allows her to identify problems quickly, explain solutions simply, and guide people through change without judgement or overwhelm!
