Kari & Gar's festival set of 50 minutes, consists of Gar's Original songs mixed in with Irish, Canadian & American fiddle tunes. A mix of fingerpicked and strummed guitar compliments Kari’s vibrant New England styled fiddle, along with Gar’s rough and gravelly voice.

On request Kari & Gar also perform longer cafe style material of up to 2 or even 3 x 45 minute sets of original songs, fiddle tunes and cover-songs.

1/. You can expect us to play an array of quality, original material, featuring guitars, a variety of tunings, accompanied by a Violin.
2/. We also do a mix of originals, traditional material and covers which would suit a restaurant type venue.


1/. Our sound requirements are relatively simple; 1 mic & 1 DI. plus, either a second mic or another DI for the fiddle. We prefer a monitor mix to be a similar mix as the front of house mix and our performance will of course be better if we can hear what we are doing.
2/. For local and Restaurant type gigs we can provide our own PA


1/. All original material: includes songs which we have released on YouTube and Facebook.
2/. For restaurant style gigs we perform a mix of original songs, traditional Irish tunes and ballads, as well as covers by artists such as: The Eagles, Jimmy Buffet, Steve Earl, Dylan, C C Revival, Grateful Dead, Jim Croce, Cat Stevens and Steppenwolf.


1/. For festivals we are available to play up to twice daily. and also like to do support acts for other performers, which features gigs of original material around 45 minutes duration.
2/. For restaurant gigs we can play 3 x 45 minute sets or something similar to suit


We have our own public liability insurance.
We have an ABN number.
