Jade Soul is a professional singer-songwriter who is able to captivate a room with her angelic and sultry voice. She plays guitar, and utilizes a loop to create a layered sound of vocal harmonies that is rich and unique. Her genre is hard to describe, drawing from neo-soul, jazz, and folk, crafting smooth, emotive and soulful pieces. She can read a room and provide an ambient atmosphere or capture an audience, offering both upbeat and more soft songs, with a reportorie of covers as well as originals. Suitable for a seated and low key event or a more dynamic space, she has performed on stages at festivals, weddings, funerals and in more casual settings with years of experience.

Expect a professional solo act unless your request accompanyment where I can arrange a duo. I can provide up to four hours' worth of music and potentially more for a wedding.
I have my own equipment and instruments; we can discuss specifics. I will have a guitar, loop station and a microphone and will play according to the space and vibe. We can discuss what exactly you are seeking for your particular event. I am mostly an original artist, but I also have plenty of covers that will be familiar.


I have a moderate PA that I can provide if your event or venue does not have one. I will need a power source and can provide cables and extension chords once I know what is required in the space.


I have a 3 x 50-minute sets worth of originals, which are neo-soul, folk, and jazz-inspired.
And a 3 x 50-minute sets of covers such as Amy Winehouse (Valerie, Back to Black), a few classics, such as Dreams, Home, Give Me One Reason, Is This Love, Feeling Good.
Neo-soul artists such as Erykah Badu (On&On and Didn't Cha Know), Lianne La Havas, Little Dragon.
Other covers included: Glory Box, Crazy, Tennessee Whiskey, Wicked Games, Grandma's Hands, Sugar Man, Black and Gold.
Most of the songs are soulful and smooth.


The fee is dependent on whether it's corporate or private.
I can negotiate a package for a wedding, provide a duo or band, and DJ with enough notice. I can perform at your wedding and customise songs for you, and with enough time, I can write a song for your special day.
I have experience at funerals also, and can provide a song or music with sensitivity for the space. I deeply honour these spaces and love providing music to support people on these occasions.


I have public liability insurance, which is renewed when required.
