JaM (Janette and Michael) is an acoustic duo of two guitars, two voices, and occasional stomp box and/or harmonica. We have a wide ranging repertoire! Everything from a full instrumental set of classical guitar duets, celtic gems, and popular songs to vocal renditions from folk to country to rock n roll spanning several decades of hits and favourites. Our rapport and joy performing is infectious, and we love drawing an audience in. We can manage anything from a corporate dinner to a wedding to a fun get together of any sort. What to expect depends to a great deal on what is desired by the client or venue. We have a really wide repertoire, with two voice and two guitars. We can do an evening of instrumental music (classical, celtic and contemporary), creating a fine ambiance for a reception or dinner. We can do a mix of country, folk, rock, some light jazz classics, for either a listening audience of folks who would like to get up and dance a bit. We like to read the crowd and are more than ready to switch gears, depending on the circumstances.


We bring our own sound equipment, microphones, guitars; everything needed to create the entertainment you want.
