Production is to be supplied in accordance with the approved Big Day Shout stage plot and technical specifications.
Production Supplied by Big Day Shout requires the following:
• Access to reliable 240v mains power suitable for professional audio and lighting equipment
• A flat, dry and unobstructed load-in and load-out path from vehicle to stage
• No stair access. For any non-ground-floor venues, a lift must be available and operational for bump in and bump out
• Adequate parking located close to the stage or load-in point to allow efficient equipment transport
These requirements are essential to ensure a safe, efficient setup and delivery of the show. If any of the above cannot be met, this must be advised in advance to confirm feasibility and any required adjustments.
