Honey Hive (they used to be Jazz Daiquiri) are a cool lounge jazz duo, based in the beautiful Blue Mountains outside of Sydney. Featuring Kristina Frazer on vocals & Karl Javernig on guitar.
Their sound is cool and polished and always interesting. They play jazz classics that are easy to listen to. Songs by the great jazz composers; Duke Ellington, George Gershwin, Cole Porter & Hoagy Carmichael just to name a few.
They have been playing together for 3 years or so, all over the Blue Mountains including the Avalon Restaurant, Aunty Ed's, Bootleggers, the Fairmont Resort, Two Doctors Whiskey Tavern, the Grandview Hotel, the Coronation Hotel in Portland & Alan Grammar Wine bar in Penrith.
