Healing Behind the Badge

Anthony Pymm is a speaker, author, trainer and founder of Healing Behind the Badge. With 27 years of policing experience, the serving Detective Sergeant brings honesty and humour to conversations about mental health, resilience and leadership. Drawing on his journey through PTSD and rebuilding his life, Anthony delivers engaging talks and practical workshops that help people recognise early warning signs, reach out and reconnect at work and home. His message for first responders, workplaces and community groups is simple: you don’t have to reach breaking point before you ask for help.
