Hannah May

Extremely disappointed. I don’t know if the performance warranted 5 stars because I never got to find out as Hannah was a no show. I thought I had been scammed on my wedding day, though three days later I did received an apology and a refund only after I reached out on my wedding night when I realised she wasn’t coming. The whole process was a disappointment, I thought we would talk about songs ect though I just received “we have plenty of time” tbh I felt like an idiot. I felt Hannah was too busy to communicate so I let her be, and then she didn’t show up. Sure I received an apology but my whole night was ruined and I just felt like an idiot. She sounds lovely on her demos - I just warn that if you do book her, send reminders and follow up. Unfortunately I came from interstate and was really looking forward to live music and after she didn’t show up I had no back up at all as I don’t have connections in the area. I understand we’re all human and get forgetful and I feel terrible writing this, but I feel so sad about it and just don’t want anyone else to go through what I did.

I’m so sorry for what happened and completely understand how disappointing this was. The booking was made well in advance, and after our last message I didn’t receive any follow-up with song choices or details. Without further contact, the date unfortunately slipped through the cracks and I take full responsibility for that. It was never my intention to let you down. The deposit was refunded straight away once I realised, and I’ve since put better systems in place to ensure this never happens again. I truly wish you both all the best in your marriage.

We recently had the pleasure of having Hannah perform at our wedding. Hannah sounded amazing the whole night. She was such a pleasure to communicate with and absolutely nailed the whole day. From her professionalism to her calm easy go nature, she was perfect.

Cairns Navy Week Open Day with approximately 4k members of the public in attendance, during the day we had many positive comments from the public about her performance. She was very professional in all aspects and bump in and out was done without any hassles at all. Would thoroughly recommend her to anyone.
