When you book Groove, you are securing a polished, versatile live act designed around your event’s exact energy arc. We read the room seamlessly—starting with warm, sophisticated acoustic or ambient sets during guest arrival and dinner, and building into a high-octane, packed dancefloor later in the night.

Whether performing as our stripped-back acoustic duo or our full-scale party band using custom in-house studio sequences, we deliver the punch, depth, and dynamics of a 5-piece outfit with complete volume control. Expect punctual communication, a sharp stage presence, and continuous music throughout the night with curated playlists during breaks.

We provide a completely self-contained live production, including a professional PA system and controlled stage lighting tailored to your venue space.
Our requirements are minimal:
⚬ Space: A flat, level performance area of approximately 2m x 2m.
⚬ Power: Access to at least one standard, reliable 240V power outlet within reasonable distance of the performance space.
⚬ Access & Times: We require 90 minutes prior to scheduled start time for load-in, setup, and thorough soundcheck, plus 45 minutes for pack-down after the event.
⚬ Outdoor Events: Overhead weather protection and a level, dry, solid surface are required to protect electrical and audio equipment.

Our repertoire spans over 200 classic and modern hits across Pop, Rock, Soul, Funk, and Aussie anthems. We cover everything from the timeless sing-alongs of the 60s, 70s, and 80s to current Top 40 chart-toppers.
We tailor the mix to fit your crowd. Clients are welcome to review our master list and select 10 to 15 "must-have" tracks to anchor the set, as well as any "do-not-play" songs. Every arrangement is given a fresh, high-fidelity live energy that connects across generations and keeps guests dancing.

All packages include professional PA sound, controlled stage lighting, and tailored background playlists during set breaks to ensure uninterrupted music from start to finish.

We operate with total professional accountability. Every member of Groove is covered by $30 Million Public Liability Insurance, and a Certificate of Currency can be provided directly upon request to satisfy any corporate or venue compliance requirement.
Additionally, band management holds a current Queensland Blue Card, and all electrical equipment is regularly maintained and safety-checked to guarantee a reliable, worry-free entertainment experience for every client.
