Grassroots Comedy runs over 300+ comedy shows a year across Western Australia and Asia. We curate and work with the best and most reliable comics. We specialise in setting up variety showcases ensuring it gives audiences a nice tasting platter and something for everybody. Our national and touring comedians have numerous prestigious awards, and have performed in some of the worlds best rooms such as the Comedy Store (LA), Comics Lounge (MELB), Comedy Lounge (PER) and The Stand (EDINBURGH). Many have shared the stage alongside or have toured with some of the best comedians around - Jim Jefferies, Russell Peters, Steve Coogan, Judith Lucy, Fiona O'Loughlin, Stephen K Amos to name a few.

With our extensive collection of quality comedians of different ranges, styles, demographics. Our lineups are carefully curated toward your industry or private function. We have a massive catalogue of over 100+ performers in Western Australia and beyond (over 500+) who can provide you with a laughter-filled event. Run by experienced comedians, the Grassroots team have over 20 years providing standup comedy services to varying private functions, industries (such as property, construction, oil and gas and resources) and work functions. Comedy at corporate and private functions is first and foremost all about mitigation of risk - by way of performance, content restrictions, logistics, event itinerary, direct alignment with the mission statement of the event and/or organisation, scene setting.
We outperform every other live entertainment provider by working diligently with our clients well in advance to provide a detailed scope of the event, working our way backwards to cover all the risk factors involved in such an event. We have worked with clients in Australia and around the world in Kazakhstan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and the United States.
Grassroots Comedy delivers over 200+ shows every year. In addition to our private events, we run the Leederville Comedy Club - a specialised cocktails and premium comedy showcase, and the Experimental Comedy Club - a community orientated show to support the comedy scene and encourage professional development.
