"From Silence to Strength" is a deeply powerful presentation exploring the impact of crime, sexual assault and the invisible wounds of shame and PTSD. Drawn from lived experience and hard-won resilience. I shed light on the night I found both my 11-year-old daughters had been victims of crime, the impact it had on my family and the strength and determination I endured to ensure justice was received. I also shed light on what it is like to survive trauma in a world that often misunderstands it and how healing is not a straight line, but a journey worth taking. This is not just a story of survival, but of reclaiming life, purpose, and the future.
