To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review our setup guidelines below.

Face Painting/Glitter Tattoos
A space of approximately 2m x 1m is required for the equipment. For larger events, guests may queue while waiting, so we recommend allowing some extra space around the setup to ensure comfort and smooth flow.

We come fully equipped and don’t require a table or chairs, though we’re happy to make use of them if provided.

Balloon artistry
A space of approximately 1m x 1m is required for the equipment. For larger events, guests may queue while waiting, so we recommend allowing some extra space around the setup to ensure comfort and smooth flow.

Private Parties
We’ll arrive in costume approximately 30 minutes before the event begins to allow time for setup. Packing up will take an additional 10–15 minutes after the event concludes.

Corporate events
We'll arrive in our company attire approximately 45 minutes before the event begins to allow time to setup and dress up. When full costume changes are needed, we kindly request a suitable space to get changed. But we also have a range of cute apron outfits that can be put on quickly at our setup.

Individual Face Paint/Make up sessions
A space of approximately 2m x 1m is required.

The location of the space requires to be a flat surface, protected from the weather — ideally shaded and sheltered from sun, wind, and rain.
Because our face painting kit is extensive, the location should offer ground-floor access or an elevator. If stairs are required we do require some assistance to carry the equipment up the stairs.

Glitter Tattoos
A small mat is placed beneath the work area to catch most glitter particles, though some light sparkle may spread as guests show off their new tattoos — part of the fun! ✨

While we can handle most face painting request on the spot, it helps to know beforehand any special requests, superheroes, themed parties etc to adjust our designs and choices accordingly to match the theme.

Kids Face Painting Party (1.5 hours)
This package includes a professional face painter, for a group of up to 24 kids/adults, and an elaborate face painting kit professionally displayed. The artist will arrive in style to match the theme of the party. The birthday person will receive a tailor made gem cluster as part of their face paint design. Hardcopy safety instructions on how to remove face paints will be made available during the event. Travel and parking fees are included as long as the travel is within a 40km radius. Any parking fees are to be reimbursed.

Kids Face Painting Party (2 hours)
This package includes a professional face painter, for a group of up to 32 kids/adults, and an elaborate face painting kit professionally displayed. The artist will arrive in style to match the theme of the party. The birthday person will receive a tailor made gem cluster as part of their face paint design. Hardcopy safety instructions on how to remove face paints will be made available during the event. Travel and parking fees are included as long as the travel is within a 40km radius. Face Painting Event for larger events (2.5 hours)
This package includes a professional face painter equipped with an elaborate face painting kit professionally displayed. The artist will arrive in professional company attire and change on location.
The level of detail in each design will depend on the number of guests waiting in line. During the event, we aim to paint as many attendees as possible, adjusting our pace to suit demand. Our maximum painting speed is approximately 30-40 guests when creating quick, simple designs. When time allows, we take pride in producing intricate, detailed artwork and will always strive to add as much creativity and flair as time permits. Travel and parking fees are included as long as the travel is within a 40km radius. Any parking fees are to be reimbursed.

Face Painting Event for larger events (3 hours)
This package includes a professional face painter equipped with an elaborate face painting kit professionally displayed. The artist will arrive in professional company attire and change on location.
The level of detail in each design will depend on the number of guests waiting in line. During the event, we aim to paint as many attendees as possible, adjusting our pace to suit demand. Our maximum painting speed is approximately 38-48 guests when creating quick, simple designs. When time allows, we take pride in producing intricate, detailed artwork and will always strive to add as much creativity and flair as time permits. Travel and parking fees are included as long as the travel is within a 40km radius. Any parking fees are to be reimbursed. Note: 48 guests in 3 hours equals 3.8 minutes per guest which allows sufficient time to create designs they will enjoy. Any requirements to paint more guests during this time window will fall under the category speed painting and will loose its wow factor and thus looses the magic and is not recommended.

Face Painting Event for larger events (4 hours)
This package includes a professional face painter equipped with an elaborate face painting kit professionally displayed. The artist will arrive in professional company attire and change on location.
The level of detail in each design will depend on the number of guests waiting in line. During the event, we aim to paint as many attendees as possible, adjusting our pace to suit demand. Our maximum painting speed is approximately 54-64 guests when creating quick, simple designs. When time allows, we take pride in producing intricate, detailed artwork and will always strive to add as much creativity and flair as time permits. Travel and parking fees are included as long as the travel is within a 40km radius. Any parking fees are to be reimbursed. Note: 48 guests in 3 hours equals 3.8 minutes per guest which allows sufficient time to create designs they will enjoy. Any requirements to paint more guests during this time window will fall under the category speed painting and will loose its wow factor and thus looses the magic and is not recommended.

Kids Glitter Tattoo Party (1.5 hours )
This is ideal for those who are planning to add a pool beach visit afterwards. Glitter tattoos are waterproof and can last up to 5-7 days.
This package includes a professional glitter tattoo artist, capable of providing either 30 single colour glitter tattoos or up to 24 multicolour glitter tattoos. This includes an elaborate assortment of glitter tattoo designs and colours professionally displayed. Travel and parking fees are included as long as the travel is within a 40km radius. Any parking fees are to be reimbursed.

Balloon Art Party (1.5 hours )
This package includes a professional balloon artist, for a group of up to 24 kids, and an elaborate balloon kit professionally displayed. The artist will arrive in style to match the theme of the party. Travel and parking fees are included as long as the travel is within a 40km radius. Any parking fees are to be reimbursed. Individual Face Painting Session
This package includes a professional face painter, a fully equiped face painting kit.
This is for those who require a unique face paint design for the day like for a themed party or celebration. I will come to your home and transform you into your favourite character. Be it a tiger, a superhero or a rockstar, you will steal the show with your exclusive look. You will first receive a phone consultation about your requested design. A session can take up to an hour per person.

You can rest assure that your professional face painter comes with a Blue Card (an approval to work with kids), a Covid 19 hygiene certificate as well as a third party insurance.

Face painting is for the age category 3+
For those little ones who are amid the birthday parties wanting to participate, water tattoos will be made available so they won't miss out on the fun.
