Where do we even begin? Elisha was absolutely amazing! She played violin whilst our guests were arriving for the ceremony which was such a lovely and calming touch and played so beautifully as I was walking down the aisle making the moment so incredibly special. She also played violin for our first dance song and it was perfect! Not only did she play amazingly, she was so great to deal with and nothing was too hard or complicated! She went above and beyond for us. I honestly cannot recommend her enough and it was truly a privilege to have her as part of our special day. Elisha is a dream come true. We engaged her to be involved in our wedding based on hearing her beautiful playing at our wedding menu tasting and I’m so glad we did. I couldn’t imagine the day without her beautiful music. She put together a brilliant set list and has such a wide repertoire - everything from classics to Lord of the Rings! Wow, where do I start. Elisha was amazing at my Business VIP event. I gave her a brief and she delivered. Every detail from her outfit to the songs/tone of the night even roaming and situated positions when performing, she listened and delivered with elegance. If you are looking at adding a touch of something unique to your event this is where I would start. Highly recommend and I will be using her again FOR SURE! 6 stars if I could!

I prefer to have a powerpoint available but all my equipment is also battery operated so it is not a necessity.

I can play outside however there are a few things to consider. The violin needs to be protected from the elements - rain and sun. All outdoor events require an undercover location and a back-up location to be available and used in the case of inclement weather.
Unfortunately my violin and equipment are not waterproof so I will require shelter if there is rain at your outdoor wedding. If its raining (or likely to rain) I will setup in the closest shelter possible, but if there is no shelter nearby, I will be unable to perform. Heat can also be a concern, so if it's an outdoor wedding over 35 degrees I will also require a well shaded area.

requests must be submitted at least two months in advance and will be accommodated
where feasible. A fee per song may apply, depending on the availability of backing
tracks, sheet music, or other necessary materials.

Elisha's Violin Studio's Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of up to $200.00 is required to secure your booking.
Dates will be held for a maximum of 7 days without deposit/payment.
Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

2. Payment
The balance is due 30 days prior to the event date (unless otherwise agreed).
Payments are accepted via bank transfer (details provided on invoice).

3. Travel
Travel within 30 km of Melbourne GPO is included. Additional travel fees may apply for venues beyond this distance.

4. Setup & Performance
A minimum of 60 minutes setup time is required before the performance.
If outdoors, the Client must provide appropriate cover/shelter to protect the Performer and equipment. The Performer generally performs two sets of thirty (30) minutes with a short five-minute break in between or sets of forty-five (45) minutes with a fifteen-minute break for bookings over one hour. These timings are a guide and may be adjusted in consultation with the Client to best suit the flow of the event. Breaks are kept minimal to ensure the music continues to create a seamless atmosphere, and suitable backing music will be played during any breaks. Attire will be formal unless otherwise requested.

5. Cancellations & Unforeseen Circumstances
Cancellations must be made in writing.
• More than 30 days prior: refund of any fees paid, less deposit.
• Less than 15 days prior: 50% refund of total fee, less deposit.
• If the Performer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or extreme weather (if outdoors and above 35°C), all monies (including deposit) will be refunded in full.
• While this is highly unlikely, the Performer kindly suggests that the Client prepares a backup playlist or recording of favourite pieces to ensure there is always music available should unforeseen circumstances prevent live performance.

6. Recording & Media
Guests, photographers, and videographers are welcome to record the performance for personal use.
The Performer may use recordings or photographs for promotional purposes (e.g., website/social media).
If you prefer not to have your names/venue shared, please advise in writing.
7. Liability & Insurance
The Performer is fully responsible for their own equipment and conduct.
The Performer is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., illness, weather, accidents).
The Performer’s liability is limited to the amount already paid by the Client.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

By making the booking deposit payment, you are confirming your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise discussed and agreed in writing prior to payment.
