I’m Samantha Seymour, a Mental Health Counsellor and woman living with Multiple Sclerosis. I deliver powerful talks that leave audiences inspired, energised, and ready to face life’s toughest challenges.
In 2020, my world was rocked by an MS diagnosis that stole my mobility, independence, and sense of identity. Out of that storm, I created the STAR Mindset: a simple, practical framework that helps people navigate grief, adversity, and change, and emerge stronger on the other side.
Diagnosis to Drummer is raw, real, and uplifting, showing audiences that no matter what life throws at you, resilience and reinvention are always possible.

The STAR Mindset – Audiences walk away with a simple, practical framework to navigate change, grief, and resilience in their own lives.
