Curbside Carnies is a mobile circus project created during the heavy lockdowns in Victoria, as a way to provide contactless, Covid-safe circus experiences to the people of Melbourne and beyond. As the lockdowns were lifted, they were pushing their small portable stage onto the streets, giving free pop-up entertainment from city to country.
The project has now expanded to provide regular circus entertainment and curated programs Australia-wide, continuing to work with community organisations and councils to engage and reactivate the community and work with priority groups.
Popular bookings include roving performance, workshops, play spaces, pop-up shows & specialised circus programs.
