SOUND:

For general hula-hooping, Bluetooth only audio input is acceptable.

GREEN ROOM

A secure green room for costuming and prep before or after show and in between sets.

EVENT ACTIVATIONS REQUIREMENTS (LED Hoop GLOW-ZONE)

For 15 hoops, a 9m x 9m (preferably roped off) area is required.

For 15 - 30 hoops, a 15m x 15m (preferably roped off) area is required, and two performers are needed to run the session.

EVENT TIMINGS

Please specify call time and performance time.

Kay will arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to check in with you or the event coordinator, conduct a risk assessment of the performance area, and advise if any concerns need addressing.
