Once you make contact, we set up a quick meeting, online or face-to-face. This is the best bit. For context, I'll research your organisation so that once we meet I'll just focus on listening to you and discover your aims and what you want to achieve. The more you tell me the better it is for me. I'll also answer any questions you may have about my process and style. If I am your choice, then we get straight to work. If you are still choosing an MC then I'll outline my vision and how I can add real value to your event.

As an MC my requirements will be dependent on my various roles. For general MC work I will usually arrive nice and early to check the mic and lighting etc. If I am presenting a special feature ex. a live phantom race call, a live auction, an interactive segment with guests on stage, a corporate keynote etc then I will connect with the A/V team prior to the event to ensure no one is stressed on the day.


Set list for me? It would look something like this...
6:45pm - Live Voice Over to seat guests
7:00pm - Welcome from stage
Comedy intro / Slideshow / Housekeeping

7:20pm - Thank Joanne Smith - Throw to EVENT VIDEO

I can deliver a Keynote, create and run Team Building, host the Gala and more.

VIDEOS
For a small extra fee, as your MC, I can create branded TEASER or CALL-TO-ACTION VIDEOS in my professional studio for you to send out in your socials or internal mail prior to your event.
This allows your guests to get to know me before they meet me at the event. It helps in audience rapport and helps you communicate last minute details or sell tickets in a creative way. Forgot to tell your guests something crucial? Change of location? Last minute wet weather contingency? No problem. Include it in the short videos!
Example:
Video 1 - [5 days out] Reminder about the event! Plus important details. 'Last chance to book/RSVP!'
Video 2 - [2 days out] 'Last tickets have been released. Extra parking details. Book fast!'
Video 3 - [1 day out] 'We're sold out! Please remember to... See you tomorrow night at 6pm!'
