From your first enquiry to the final song of the night, Catch Live ensures a smooth and professional experience. We handle all communication, scheduling, and logistics directly with our artists, so you can relax and enjoy your event. Our performers are experienced professionals who arrive early, set up efficiently, and deliver high-quality live entertainment tailored to your audience and atmosphere. Expect great music, seamless coordination, and an unforgettable experience.

Each act comes fully equipped with professional sound and lighting gear suitable for most venues and events.
All we require is:
Access to a standard power source (240V) within 10 metres of the performance area
A flat, covered space approximately 2.5m x 2m for soloists/duos (larger acts may require more)
Parking and easy load-in access close to the performance area

If your event has specific technical requirements (such as large-scale production or staging), Catch Live can coordinate additional AV support as needed.

Each artist tailors their set list to suit your event’s style, audience, and atmosphere. From laid-back acoustic tunes to upbeat party hits, our performers can adapt in real time to match the energy of the room.
You’re welcome to request specific songs or genres ahead of time, and we’ll ensure they’re included where possible.
For weddings and special occasions, Catch Live can also arrange custom requests such as first dance songs, background sets for cocktail hour, or DJ-style party sets to keep guests dancing into the night.

All Catch Live artists are fully covered by Public Liability Insurance (10 million) and comply with all relevant performance and safety regulations.
We can provide certificates of currency or any additional documentation upon request.
If your venue or event requires special permits (such as council noise approvals or outdoor event permissions), we’ll assist in ensuring all requirements are met before the performance date.
