I don't believe a successful keynote is simply about leaving people inspired for an hour. Clients want their people to walk away with ideas, tools and actions they can actually use. I tailor my content to the organisation, its people and the outcomes they want to achieve, so the presentation feels relevant rather than off-the-shelf.

Large screen, projector or LED display suitable for the room size
HDMI connection for presentation laptop
PowerPoint presentation capability
Presenter confidence monitor preferred for larger stages/events
Power supply accessible near the presentation area
Kel can provide his presentation in advance as a backup
Audio
Venue PA/sound system appropriate for the audience size
Wireless lapel or headset microphone preferred for larger rooms
Handheld wireless microphone available for audience Q&A where appropriate
Ability to play audio/video embedded within the PowerPoint presentation through the venue sound system
Stage / Room Setup
Kel prefers the ability to move freely around the stage and interact with the audience
Lectern is optional rather than essential
Presentation clicker/remote available, although Kel can provide his own
Water available on stage or nearby
For workshops and interactive sessions, a room layout that allows audience participation is preferred
Technical Check
For larger conferences and keynote presentations, access to the room 20–30 minutes prior to the session is preferred for a brief AV and sound check.
Kel is happy to work with the venue or event AV team in advance to ensure a smooth presentation.
