🎶 What To Expect
1. Pre‑Event Coordination
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll connect with you (or your event organiser) to finalise:
Event timing (arrival, soundcheck, set times, breaks).
Performance format (number and length of sets).
Any special song requests or music preferences.
Logistics such as load‑in access, parking, power, and stage space.
2. Arrival & Setup
We typically arrive 1–2 hours before our first performance to:
Unload & set up equipment (PA/backline if required).
Complete a soundcheck to ensure optimal performance quality.
Confirm run‑sheet and timings with venue staff.
3. What’s Included
Depending on your event and the package selected, your performance generally includes:
Professional live music by experienced performers.
High‑quality PA system & monitors (if required or agreed).
Background music or playlists during breaks.
Music coordination with other event elements (e.g. speeches, first dance, announcements).
4. On the Day
We’ll perform the agreed number of live sets with scheduled breaks.
Between live music, a playlist or DJ service can keep the atmosphere flowing.
We’ll work with your event timeline to ensure music supports key moments (e.g., first dance or transitions).
5. Load‑Out
After our final performance, we’ll carefully pack down gear, ensuring the venue is left tidy and ready for the next phase of your event.

Gig Setup Requirements
For Queensland (QLD) Gigs:
If a house sound system is available, the band can provide all necessary foldback monitors and cabling.
Alternatively, a full PA setup can be provided by the band, including:
Full Front of House (FOH) system
Backline instruments and gear
All necessary cables and accessories for performance

For Interstate Gigs:
A full PA system must be provided for the band, including:
Front of House (FOH) sound system
Backline instruments and gear
All necessary equipment to ensure a complete performance setup
